At ICR we offer an online service for patients who would like to request a second medical opinion from our ophthalmologists. The assessment of our doctors will be based on the reports and tests that the patient sends us.
The second medical opinion does not replace in any case an examination in consultation with the ophthalmologist. It is, in this case, a diagnostic assessment or a therapeutic approach that will be transmitted to the patient, who can choose whether to receive it as a medical report in a PDF document or by telematic consultation with the specialist.
You will need to fill in a form below and attach copies of your medical documentation (reports, tests, diagnoses, etc.).
It is important that the documentation is recent, legible and as detailed as possible.
The assessment will be carried out within a maximum of 7 working days from confirmation of payment.
We will contact you via email, either to send the report or to arrange a day and time for telematic consultation.
